(Create a plan) A professional to offer a plan and support, which I will implement on my own time. - Feels like a teacher, with the expectation you will do your homework on your own time

(Work together) A professional to work along side me and guide me with tips and encouraging prosepectives on organization while we both set up systems which will work for me in my space. - Feels like a personal trainer who is with me each step of the way.

(Do it FOR me) A professional to create systems and a plan in my space, and implement them with minimal input from me. I just want to show up at the begining and the end and have the work done for me.
